Privacy Policy for TableSplit

TableSplit ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is provided by Unicorn Ranch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17343945, registered office 3 Foxlands Road, Dagenham, RM10 8XU. TableSplit is a tip calculator and bill splitter. This policy explains what happens to the information you use in the app.

The short version

TableSplit does not collect any personal data. There is no account or sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The bills you enter, your bill history and your settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Information stored on your device

To work, the app keeps the following in local storage on your phone:

• bills you enter, including amounts, items, tip, tax and the names or labels you give to people;
• your saved bill history;
• your preferences, such as currency, tax mode, tip buttons, rounding, theme and language.

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it (see below). We have no access to it. You can delete individual bills from the history in the app, and uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage in your device settings) deletes all of it permanently.

Sharing a bill summary

When you tap "Share summary", the app opens your device's standard share sheet with a text summary of the bill. You choose where it goes, for example a messaging app or email. TableSplit does not send the summary anywhere itself; once shared, it is handled by the app you picked under that app's own privacy policy.

Information we do not collect

TableSplit does not:

• require an account or ask for your name, email or contact details;
• include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or other tracking SDKs;
• send anything you type to our servers or any third party;
• access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone;
• collect payment information. The app has no in-app purchases;
• sell, rent or share data with anyone, since we have none to share.

Currency and number formatting are chosen from your device's language and region settings, which the app reads locally on your device.

Google Play

TableSplit is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information about app downloads and installs under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control that processing.

Children's privacy

TableSplit is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. Because the app collects no personal data, it does not collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA or similar laws to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. We do not hold any personal data from TableSplit, so there is nothing for us to access or delete. Everything the app stores is on your device and under your control. You are welcome to contact us with any questions.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above before the change ships in an app update.
