Privacy Policy for Keepr

Keepr ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is provided by Unicorn Ranch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17343945, registered office 3 Foxlands Road, Dagenham, RM10 8XU. This policy explains how Keepr handles your information.

The short version

Keepr does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything the app does happens entirely on your device. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Your photos never leave your phone.

What Keepr accesses, and why

Keepr is a photo-cleanup tool: you review the photos in your library and swipe to keep or delete them.

• Photo library access. With your permission, Keepr reads the photos on your device so it can show them to you for review and group them by date. This access is used only to display your photos inside the app and to delete the ones you choose. Photos are read into the app's memory only while it is running and are never uploaded, copied, or transmitted anywhere.
• Deleting photos. When you delete photos, the deletion is performed through your operating system's own standard photo-deletion process, which asks you to confirm. Keepr does not retain copies of deleted photos.
• Photo location / EXIF data. Keepr does not request or read the location (geotag) metadata of your photos.

Information stored on your device

Keepr saves two small files in its own private app storage on your device. These stay on your device, are not synced or transmitted, and are removed if you uninstall the app:

• A list of the photo references you have bookmarked to decide on later.
• A single running counter of how much storage space you have freed up over time.

Keepr stores photo references (identifiers) for bookmarks — not copies of the images themselves.

Information we do not collect

Keepr contains no backend and makes no network requests. Specifically, we do not:

• collect names, emails, accounts, or contact information;
• use analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking of any kind;
• display advertising or use advertising identifiers;
• use third-party crash- or error-reporting services;
• access your location, contacts, microphone, or camera;
• share, sell, or disclose any data to third parties.

Permissions

Keepr requests only the permissions needed to review and delete photos on your device (photo/media library access). It uses these permissions solely for the in-app features described above.

Children's privacy

Keepr is not directed at children, and in any case collects no personal data from any user, including children.

Data security

Because Keepr keeps all data on your device and transmits nothing, your information is protected by your device's own security (lock screen, encryption, and OS permissions). Uninstalling the app removes the small local files it created.

Your rights

Keepr does not hold any personal data about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You remain in full control of the on-device data: you can clear bookmarks within the app or remove all app data by uninstalling Keepr. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.
